Cleaning or gardening services, preventive maintenance service with repairs of defects and, even, our start-of-season service, with which a few days before your arrival we will condition and prepare the house (even, if necessary, we will fill the fridge).

In any case, maintenance and inspections will be carried out periodically and our client will receive at home a report of the points checked, the deficiencies detected (if any) and the corrective actions taken.
