Söder Property Management was created by a lawyer and an engineer who identified the need to advise and assist all foreign buyers who did not speak Spanish or Catalan or who did not have the time or knowledge necessary to purchase a property in Barcelona or the rest of Catalonia. The legal and bureaucratic complexity of real estate transactions, as well as a sector that is not always as transparent and reliable as it should be, mean that, for many foreigners, what should have been an illusion ends up becoming a headache and a waste of time, travel and money.

More than 25 years of dedication by Sílvia to civil property and family law, both nationally and internationally, and by Roger to construction, real estate and management, have allowed the formation of a team with extensive and complementary experience. Thus, the extensive knowledge of the way things are done in central and northern Europe (both have worked in different countries of the European Union) allows Söder to offer his clients a tailor-made, precise, high-quality and extremely personalized service.
